REDO Water Systems has the legal form of a limited liability company. Managing Director is Attila Galambodi.

In the year 2008, an Advisory Board was added to the Corporate Governance. The members of the council are either REDO shareholders or independent experts:

• Dr. Werner G. Seifert, During the course of his career, Swiss national Dr. Werner G. Seifert held positions as Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Börse AG, General Manager of Swiss Re and Partner of McKinsey&Co, and served on several Boards. Today, Dr. Seifert is Chairman of the AWAS Board of Directors and member of Terra Firma’s advisory board Terra Consilia. He is co-owner of REDO Water Systems, Frankfurt, Germany, and owner of Lettercollum Recording, Timoleague, Co. Cork, Ireland. Dr. Seifert holds a PhD in Business and Political Science from the University of Hamburg, Germany. Until 2012 he was teaching as Honorary Professor at the European Business School in Reinhartshausen, Germany. He is author and editor of several books. He resides in West Cork, Ireland with his wife.
• Mathias Hlubek is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Private Equity Firm ARCUS Capital and was until 2007 Chief Financial Officer of the German Stock Exchange.
• Stefan Eishold is a Managing Partner for ARCUS Capital and Chief Executive Officer of WIGE MEDIA AG.
• Prof. Dr. Wolfram Thiemann is an Emeritus Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Bremen, Germany.
